About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to join our team at TRIA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of technical projects, primarily focused on finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and the business, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Lead the delivery of technical projects, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies in Azure DevOps.
  • Manage external 3rd Party suppliers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering large IT/technical projects, preferably in the finance sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent supplier management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in the insurance/financial sector.
  • Background in mergers and acquisitions.
