Portfolio Manager for High-Value Assets

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Portfolio Manager for High-Value Assets to lead the management of a substantial portfolio of upscale residential properties.

About this Opportunity:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a high-end residential property portfolio
  • Serve as the key liaison between property owners, residents, and other stakeholders
  • Guarantee adherence to all applicable property laws, regulations, and industry benchmarks
  • Coordinate efficient and timely repair and maintenance services for all properties within the portfolio
  • Effectively resolve any issues or disputes arising from the properties in a professional capacity
  • Regularly provide detailed performance reports on the portfolio, encompassing financial insights
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify that properties meet set standards
  • Maintain optimal budget control to minimize unnecessary expenditures

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Robust knowledge of property management methodologies
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Able to professionally manage disputes and conflicts
  • Focused on maintaining meticulous records and ensuring thorough property upkeep
  • Adept at budget management and implementation of cost-effective strategies

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per year, based on experience.
