Culinary Director

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Director to lead our culinary team at The Landsby in Stanmore. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in food quality, safety, and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role in a similar environment. You will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing kitchen team. A passion for menu development and innovation is essential, as well as a commitment to upholding Elysian's standards for safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.

You will work closely with the General Manager to set goals and objectives, ensuring that the culinary team operates at the pinnacle of excellence. This will involve maintaining accurate records, conducting regular inventory checks, and implementing cost-saving measures to drive efficiency and profitability.

• Develop and implement menus that reflect culinary trends and exceed resident expectations
• Lead a high-performing kitchen team, providing coaching, counseling, and performance management as required
• Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to Elysian's strict standards
• Sourcing and managing fresh products and dry storage items
• Plan special events and holiday functions, ensuring a memorable culinary experience for residents

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
