We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Services Manager to join our team at One Property Recruitment. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Encourage resident engagement and develop a range of events and activities to enhance the resident experience, such as yoga mornings, pizza nights, and cooking classes.
- Manage the front-of-house team, providing training and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and meet their key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure that any health and safety issues or snags are reported to the maintenance team and resolved promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in technology and health and safety regulations, ensuring that our properties remain compliant and our residents receive the best possible service.
- Conduct thorough inspections before residents move in and after they check out, ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
- Assist in maintaining full occupancy of our apartments by conducting viewings and providing excellent customer service to potential residents.
- At least 2 years of experience in the property sector, hospitality, or student accommodation.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to residents and guests.
- Previous experience in customer service and a proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- A genuine passion for the property sector and a desire to progress in your career.
