Description:

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers to join our network as a supply teacher. This role offers flexibility and variety, allowing you to teach across different subjects, year groups, and school environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality lessons in line with school policies and the national curriculum.
  2. Manage classrooms effectively, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
  3. Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher or create your own when required.
  4. Support the well-being and progress of all students, maintaining good classroom behaviour.
  5. Work closely with school staff to ensure a smooth and seamless learning experience for students.

Requirements:

  • Absolutely essential: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • PREFERRED but not mandatory: Experience teaching across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to adapt to different school environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and passion for teaching.

Estimated Salary: £28,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
