Role Overview

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the classroom, supporting the lead teacher in delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning atmosphere, ensuring students reach their full potential.

  • Participate in school events, professional development opportunities, and contribute to ongoing improvement.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant experience in education is preferred but not mandatory; patience, empathy, and passion for working with children are essential.
  • A degree in education or a related field is beneficial but not a requirement.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
