GE Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Project Controller to support the execution of HVDC projects in Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Project Controls to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
The HVDC Project Controller will be responsible for planning and costing HVDC scope of work, collaborating with the global HVDC project controls team, and developing tender schedules using established tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring proper linkages between contributing parties and functional owners' sign-off on commitments.
- Work collaboratively with the overall project planning team to ensure optimal alignment of schedules with global standards.
- Deliver high-quality schedules, maintaining them throughout the project, and driving regular operating rhythms with the project team.
- Provide schedule analysis to forecast schedule risk and opportunities, generating 'what if' scenarios to optimize execution.
- Communicate regularly with customers on scheduling matters and provide contractually required reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to use data to forecast outcomes.
- Clear communication and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Primavera skills and cost management.
