Job Title: Compliance and Hygiene Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Hygiene Coordinator to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the site's processes and procedures are maintained, allowing for the safe and legal production of products.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive £50,000 - £60,000 per annum salary, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes a contributory pension scheme, digital GP access, and travel discounts.

About the Role:

  • Hygiene Coordination: Improve site hygiene through training, cleaning method challenges, post-clean inspections, and sign-offs.
  • HACCP Leadership: Lead the site HACCP team and develop a HACCP system with clearly defined quality controls for all areas.
  • Team Development: Ensure line QAs and other operations staff are effective within their areas, developing their competencies through training and mentoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication: A good communicator, able to liaise confidently with management/customers and engage, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Personal Hygiene: High standards of personal hygiene.
