As an Auto Repair Centre Leader with Mr Clutch Autocentres, you will be responsible for driving the success of our UK-wide network of centres. With over 40 branches across the country, we offer a unique opportunity to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
About the Role- Promote and maintain the company image as a brand ambassador
- Deliver outstanding customer service to generate new and repeat business
- Maximise volume to meet profit and financial targets
- Coordinate and control the work of centre staff, offering assistance and support as required
- Maintain company house-keeping standards
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and has a strong desire to succeed. In return, you can expect:
Salary and Benefits- Negotiable salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
- Outstanding bonus structure: up to £20,000 per year
