Our team of Autocentre Managers are role models who lead and motivate their teams to achieve and exceed realistic targets. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and has the skills and experience to make a real difference.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience

Your Responsibilities

As a Clutch Service Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Promoting and maintaining the company image as a brand ambassador
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Maximising volume to ensure profit and financial targets are met
  • Coordinating and controlling the work of Autocentre staff
  • Maintaining company house-keeping standards

What We Look For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years' experience as a successful Autocentre Manager
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to develop and drive a successful team
