Our client, Austin Fraser, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join their busy Logistics Team.

Job Description:
  • Process and place purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor delivery and shipping information, ensuring all shipping documents are accurate and complete before orders are dispatched.
  • Update order status on internal and suppliers' systems, maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, dates, and other important data.
  • Provide general administrative support to the purchasing department, including communication with suppliers and other departments.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have experience working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. You will also be an excellent team player and confident communicator, able to work effectively in person, via telephone, or email.

A background in an administrative role or supply chain environment is highly desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
