Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Property Transaction Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating property sales and client negotiations.
- Conducting property valuations and managing sales progression.
- Securing financial service appointments and conveyancing instructions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar position.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in residential sales or within an estate agency.
- A comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation.
- A proven track record in sales progression and property valuations.
- A valid UK driving license.
