Swim Instructor

We Are Swim is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in teaching quality swimming programs for 3-11 year olds.

• Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver engaging swimming lessons adhering to our scheme of work and lesson plans.
• Program Integration: Effectively integrate our reward schemes into classes to motivate swimmers.
• Safety First: Ensure the safe provision of equipment and its proper use at all times.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify swimmers' abilities and ensure their safety.
• Support and Feedback: Provide explanations, demonstrate techniques, and encourage swimmers to reach their potential by offering constructive feedback and support.
• Environment and Motivation: Create a positive environment that motivates and encourages swimmers to learn and improve.

• Attitude and Skills: Possess an enthusiastic attitude, good communication skills, ability to inspire confidence, perseverance, patience, and flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about teaching and inspiring others, we encourage you to apply.
