About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Porter Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. As a key member of our Stewarding team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pot wash and dishwasher areas, maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and staff restaurant, and adhering to our recycling policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the pot wash and dishwasher areas, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, staff restaurant, and back of house areas, adhering to our high standards.
- Support the Supervisor on duty in leading the team during shifts, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
