About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Partner Team at Westbase. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, providing them with tailored solutions and services that meet their specific needs. You will work closely with our Account Management and Business Development teams to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic relationships with key customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, providing tailored solutions and services to meet their specific needs.
  • Work closely with the Account Management and Business Development teams to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic relationships with key customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Meet sales targets and deliver high-quality results, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales workflow processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
