Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of c.50 customer accounts, providing exceptional service and accurate quotations for our services.
  • Work closely with potential, new, and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Account Management and Business Development teams to support sales opportunities and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their requirements are fully understood and met.
  • Consistently meet sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment, delivering against personal objectives for service and sales.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, sales development, telesales, or lead generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales workflow systems.
  • A keen interest in technology and its application in business.
