Mamas & Papas is a leading baby and nursery products retailer, with a strong presence in the UK and Ireland.
We are currently seeking an experienced Store Experience Manager to join our team at one of our Mamas & Papas concession stores in Sheffield within Next.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in store management, preferably in the retail industry.
Job Description:
As a Store Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has an exceptional shopping experience. This includes managing the day-to-day operations of the store, achieving sales targets, and developing a high-performing team.
You will work closely with the Concession Manager to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service. Your duties will include motivating and inspiring your team, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful as a Store Experience Manager, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in store management or a similar role;
- A proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:** £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).**
