RM Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic Coventry-based organisation on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Perform month-end duties such as journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
  • Assist with daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage credit control and aged debtors.
  • Complete bank reconciliations.
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate records.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Help monitor cash flow and manage expense claims and reimbursements.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team and assist with audits.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

The successful candidate will be part-qualified ACCA/CIMA with experience in a fast-paced finance environment. They will have strong attention to detail, a personable approach, and the ability to build relationships easily. A strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and effective teamwork are essential.
