  • Provide detailed analysis of financial and non-financial outputs against regulatory, financial, and efficiency targets. Identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies by leading key projects to enhance reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Identify key risks and opportunities related to performance commitments and work closely with delivery teams to mitigate risks and capitalise on potential improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Strategy, Strategic Asset Planning, and Finance teams, and act as a trusted advisor in capital planning and governance.
About You
  • Proven experience in understanding performance metrics and driving improvements.
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence up to Senior level
  • Strong accounting background with the ability to communicate complex accounting standards to a non-financial audience.
  • Ability to connect and interpret complex data sets, prioritising insights that drive business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to tailor messages for varied audiences.
  • Strong MS Office and SAP ECC/BI capabilities.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with a strategic mindset.
