About the Role:

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their personal needs are met while respecting their dignity and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers to promote health, well-being, and independence.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, policies, and procedures, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
