Job Overview

Senior User Researcher

Venture Up is seeking a seasoned Senior User Researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of a major product for government partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit participants for user research and schedule research activities for a product/service
  • Plan and lead user research activities across multiple or complex products and services
  • Conduct user research to provide insights that inform the creation or iteration of products and services
  • Lead the analysis and synthesis of user research findings using a range of methodologies and techniques
  • Present findings and user insights to senior stakeholders, teams, and users to inform decision-making
  • Support Product Managers with insights to prioritise UX resources efficiently
  • Align user research activities with business needs to inform service propositions
  • Recommend the best tools and approaches to understand user needs
  • Contribute to the growth of a user-centred culture across the organisation

Requirements:

  • Current / Lapsed SC Clearance
  • Remote work with occasional travel to sites across the UK
  • 6-Month Contract

What We Offer:

  • Up to £575 per day, inside IR35
  • Flexible remote work with 1 day per month in our Devon office
