About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Witney, Oxfordshire. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the complex logistics around our worldwide business.

You will work closely with our internal team to ensure everything is moving around the world as needed. This includes managing our UK store room, tracking inventory, physically receiving and shipping product.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, time management, adaptation, and critical thinking skills. They will also be detail-oriented, able to read through documents thoroughly, and possess a problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our UK store room, track inventory, and physically receive and ship product.
  • Work closely with our internal team to ensure everything is moving around the world as needed.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, vendors, and our internal team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to do manual handling up to 16kg.
  • Entry-level position, no previous experience required. We will train you to succeed in our business.
  • Quick learners desired.
  • Problem-solving approach: overcoming roadblocks and finding solutions.
  • Ownership and responsibility to iterate quickly.
  • Detail-oriented job with many details to keep straight.
  • University graduate – any subject. Ambitious people who want to grow into a leadership role in the supply chain field.
  • Good writing skills in English. Other languages a plus – we're a worldwide business.

Salary and Benefits:

£37,000 per year, flexible benefits including 26 days paid holiday per year, pension scheme with company match, relocation allowance if relocating.
