Job Description
At SPI Management, we are seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy stores department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for logistics and supply chain management.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a general engineering background and relevant work experience. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will coordinate production schedules, ensure timely delivery of goods, and minimize delays. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as accuracy with figures and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and minimizing delays.
  • Supervising a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support, and promoting a safe working environment.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
