**Coldstore Operative**

**£12.36 per hour (£25,708 per annum) plus benefits**

**40 Hours**

**Shift detail (Days): 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday**

**Witney, Oxfordshire**

We’re currently looking for Coldstore Operatives to join our Day Shift team on a full-time permanent basis at our kff depot based in Witney, Oxfordshire. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will join the warehouse team that take care of goods that come into the business, stock rotation and replenishment.

As leading foodservice supplier Kff is committed to delivering quality food products direct to the caterer, operating throughout London, Oxfordshire and the South of England. We will look to you to routinely check the quality of our supplier’s ingredients, monitor stock accuracy whilst replenish and picking produce using a Fork Lift/Reach Truck to customers requirement with a clean as you go mindset.

It starts with a full induction, but with our backing and optional accredited training that includes forklift if you don’t already have a licence, first aid and manual handling, there’s no limit to your potential. In fact, almost 90% of our managers started here. So, once you’re in, there are plenty of opportunities to move roles and move up - if that’s what you want to do.

We’re looking for Coldstore Operatives with a flexible nature to get the task complete as a team. Successful applicant will demonstrate good numeracy and literacy skills, an ability to problem solve and attention to detail. We’ll provide you with a free thermal uniform to keep you warm but you’ll need to be comfortable in a temperature-controlled environment. Having an awareness of Health and Safety practices and procedures to keep yourself and others around you safe is important, you can expect to be lifting products that can weigh up to 25kg in this role as Coldstore Operative.
