Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Network Rail. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial advice and guidance to senior budget holders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial analysis and advice to senior budget holders to help them understand their business performance and make informed decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Manage and review financial reports and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure that the organization is in compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior budget holders and other finance teams.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and ensure that the organization is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Expert knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Membership of a relevant accounting body (CIMA/ACCA) or equivalent experience.
- Experience of working in a similar role within a large organization.
- Knowledge of Oracle-based systems.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in finance and accounting or business management.
