Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team on a fully remote basis for a 6-month contract. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving informed decision-making by providing accurate and insightful management information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of business cases for new initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Requirements:

You will be a full or partially-qualified accountant with strong accounting skills and a thorough understanding of month-end processes, from journal posting to the production of management accounts and regular reporting. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with various finance systems and be a highly competent Excel user, skilled in using functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and pivot tables.
