Commercial Retail Store Manager

Ray-Ban is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Retail Store Manager to lead our store in Covent Garden, London. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail professional to join our team and drive sales growth while embodying our company values.
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven individual with excellent leadership skills to manage our store operations, including sales, profitability, recruiting, maintenance, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving business objectives through effective management, leadership, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including sales, profitability, recruiting, maintenance, and inventory control.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service is delivered by the store team.
- Business Performance: Improve overall business performance and achieve objectives through effective management, leadership, and team development.
- Modeling Company Values: Model EssilorLuxottica values and Ray-Ban culture.
- Sales Analysis: Regularly analyze sales performance, maximizing strengths and reviewing poor performance to establish an action plan for improvement.
- Company Policies: Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of the business.
- Networking: Network effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Competitor Activity: Keep abreast of and be knowledgeable of competitor activity.
- Product Knowledge: Deliver memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain inspiring visual merchandising in store as per guidelines.
- Store Competitiveness: Ensure the store is always competitive by being commercially focused.
- Team Management: Recruit, lead, motivate, and inspire your team to succeed in-store.
- Working Environment: Create an engaging and positive working environment.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Establish a store culture that embraces diversity and maximizes learnings from a diverse team.
- Brand Story: Lead the store team to deliver brand story through effective store management.
- Sales Performance Goals: Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability.
