About the Role

Cadbury Logistics/Manufacturing Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at the iconic manufacturing site in Bournville. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent standards across the Logistics areas and providing 24/7 leadership cover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of approximately 30 Logistics operatives and provide guidance and support to ensure successful shift operations
  • Work closely with the wider supply network, offsite warehouses & 3PL's to ensure smooth supply chain operations
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize logistics assets, including robots and palletisers
  • Ensure compliance with IL6S/Lean Six Sigma principles and maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements

  • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a TU environment
  • Good understanding of IL6S/Lean Six Sigma and inventory management principles
  • Knowledge of SAP (ERP systems) and logistics assets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
