About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Shift Manager to join our team at Cadbury. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent standards across the Logistics areas.

As the leader on shift, you will be responsible for ensuring clear communications through a DMS meeting structure and written handovers. You will also be the main escalation point for any supply chain topics, working closely with the wider supply network, offsite warehouses & 3PL's.

You will be the people manager for a team of approximately 30 Logistics operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

Knowledge of Logistics assets (robot/palletisers), Inventory management & SAP (ERP systems) would be an advantage.
