Job Description:
We are seeking an Automotive Operations Coordinator to join our luxury car dealership in Chelmsford. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our dealership's administrative functions. This includes invoicing used vehicles, preparing detailed handover packs, and managing warranties for approved and non-approved cars. You will also reconcile daily banking transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and oversee the dealership's funding systems. In addition, you will ensure vehicle preparation processes are seamless by monitoring and pushing required actions. You will check, maintain, and update internal reports to support operational efficiency and conduct thorough file checks and maintain up-to-date payment records. Finally, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team and handle ad hoc tasks directed by management.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £29,000 plus pay and role progression, training and development, and work-life balance. We offer a competitive package that includes a range of benefits to support your personal and professional development.

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results. You will require previous experience within an administration role and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook. Previous industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
