About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Service Manager, including maintaining accurate records, updating documentation regularly, and providing support to the sales team, consultants, and candidates as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative assistance to the Service Manager.
  • To maintain accurate records and update documentation regularly.
  • To provide support to the sales team, consultants, and candidates as required.
  • To coordinate office administration, including CV formatting, networking, and advertising opportunities.
  • To assist in scheduling services, coordinating candidates' workload, and commitments.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Understanding of urgency and deadlines

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £29,000-£33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
