Residence Club Shift Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Shift Engineer to join our team at The Other House, a unique Residents Club in the heart of London. As a Shift Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our Residence club and its systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and fire and life safety systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £34,000 per annum, with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and an average of 42 hours per week.
