Job Summary:

This role involves conducting on-site assessments, inspections, and providing expert guidance on sustainable construction practices. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building surveying and a commitment to professional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Surveying and reporting: Conduct comprehensive property surveys, home buyer reports, and retrofit assessments.
  • Defect analysis and retrofit solutions: Identify repair and maintenance needs, recommend retrofit solutions, and provide clients with expert guidance.
  • Client engagement: Foster strong client relationships, address inquiries promptly, and ensure a smooth process from assessment to reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related construction field.
  • Knowledge of sustainability, retrofitting, and surveying principles.
  • Familiarity with RICS standards and building regulations.
