Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our dynamic Digital Workplace domain, driving innovation and digital transformation across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and other digital technologies, with a strong passion for problem-solving and making a real impact.

As our Technical Lead, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing new solutions, ensuring flawless deployment, upholding stringent security policies, and improving cost-effectiveness.

You will also have the opportunity to interact with users, collaborate with internal teams, and provide technical leadership on projects, leveraging your expertise to drive digital growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead the design and implementation of new digital solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment
  • Maintain and improve existing digital infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Identify areas for innovation and improvement, developing and implementing solutions to drive digital transformation

Requirements

  • Industry experience in digital technologies, particularly Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
  • Knowledge of identity management, conditional risk-based access, and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Familiarity with Azure Update Manager and PIM/PAM/ITDR

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
