About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team at Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking ownership of key projects, operating independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract administration and management
  • Building surveys and reports, including schedule and plan preventative maintenance programmes
  • Advising on appointing contractors, designers, and procurement routes
  • Preparing scheme designs, specifications, and schedules of dilapidations
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to
Requirements
  • MRICS qualification
  • 3 years of experience in Building Surveying
  • Contract administration experience
  • Knowledge of CDM2015
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD (desirable)
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of health and safety and building regulations
  • Cost management skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Full driving license
