Job DescriptionYou will focus on driving sales and maximising store profitability, while providing industry-leading service on the high street. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining customer retention by providing first-class service.
- Analyzing Oracle reports to assist in making key sales decisions.
- Managing in-store devices to capitalise on a wider range of products.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that the store environment is maintained at the highest visual standards, including updating mannequins, displays, and windows in accordance with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need excellent time management skills, IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and experience in Retail Management. A strong understanding of Customer Service measuring programmes, Customer Satisfaction surveys, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) is also essential.
