Agile Program Manager for Large-Scale Initiatives

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and practices, with experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management. A Bachelor's degree in a business or technical-related discipline is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
About This Role- We are seeking an Agile Program Manager to facilitate and organize large-scale planning events, aligning multiple Agile teams working on development projects.
- This role requires effective communication with leadership, stakeholders, and business owners, as well as escalating impediments when necessary.
- You will manage risks and dependencies, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution, and drive continuous improvement and integration.
- This position involves coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Leaders in the Platform Operating model and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate large-scale planning events and readiness, managing and optimizing program flow.
- Aggregate Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives.
- Track and report status, ensuring value delivery.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management, preferably in the securities or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods.
- Understanding of company organizational model, structure, and Agile journey history.
- Effective facilitation and teaching methods.
- Coaching and mentoring approaches.
- Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties.

Our salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
