We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join our team in the North West region. As a leading Tier One main building contractor, we deliver large-scale design and build projects with high-quality project delivery.

Our company has an excellent reputation in the industry, delivering various projects within the education, commercial, and leisure sectors. Our schemes range from £30 million to £50 million, so experience with projects of this scale is preferred.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in planning submissions and pre-construction processes. They will also have experience working for main building contractors in pre-construction teams. We are flexible on the level of experience required and will review applications to determine fit within the team.

As a Senior Design Manager, you will be involved in your designated project from pre-construction stages through to initial design and delivery on site. Most projects run for around 2 years, and we work regionally with a massive pipeline in the North West.

You will attend internal and external meetings, including chairing and reviewing design drawings in accordance with building regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to join a reputable and leading Tier One main building contractor.
