Job Description:
Dynamite is seeking a highly skilled Building Physics Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building physics and LZC/Renewable solutions, with experience in energy modelling and building simulation. Key responsibilities include completing projects for Part L compliance, CIBSE TM59/52 & AD O Compliance, EPCs, CIBSE TM54 Operational Energy, SAP Assessments, as well as early design modelling looking at passive design measures.

What You Will Be Doing:
  1. Developing building physics design expertise on a range of building projects across the UK, working collaboratively with M&E Engineers and other disciplines.
  2. Liaising with design teams, statutory authorities, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Writing reports and delivering high-quality results.
