Senior Early Years Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Early Years Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Didsbury Day Nursery and Preschool.

The ideal candidate will have a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, with previous experience working within an Early Years setting. They will be a confident decision maker, able to provide support and leadership to others, and have a strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role, where you will lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education to all children in our care. You will also act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery and management of safeguarding and child protection policies.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £28,894, plus benefits including discounted childcare, up to 33 days holiday per year, Smart Health access, and development opportunities across our network of nurseries.
