About the Role

We are seeking a talented Print Designer to join our team at Rise Resourcing. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating original hand-painted and hand-drawn designs for our home textile range.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design for a range of textile products, including bedding, living room, kitchen, and bathroom textiles, with a focus on hand-painted designs.
  • Develop trend packs for each customer account, analyzing market and trend data to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with the wider design team to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
  • Work with a range of textile products in a growing studio space, with opportunities for international travel to visit manufacturing facilities and complete comp shop and trend trips.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in a print/surface pattern design role, with examples of hand-painting in your portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of textile design principles and trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
