Print Design Specialist

Rise Resourcing is seeking a talented Print Designer to join our team. As a Print Designer, you will be responsible for creating original hand-painted and hand-drawn designs for our home textile range. You will work across a range of art styles, with a focus on hand-painting, and collaborate with the wider Design team to develop trend packs for each customer account. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a print/surface pattern design role, with examples of hand-painting in their portfolio. A driving license and access to a car are required due to the location of the studio. The role offers free on-site parking, career progression plans, and potential for international travel to visit manufacturing facilities and complete comp shop and trend trips. The studio is a small, non-corporate space that dedicates time to original hand-painted and hand-drawn design. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
