Insurance Policy Role

Optima Recruitment is seeking an Insurance Policy professional to join our team. As an Insurance Policy specialist, you will be responsible for learning the processes involved in insurance policies and administering policies, including quotations, policies, and queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the insurance policy processes and systems.
  • Administer insurance policies, including quotations, policies, and queries.
  • Work as part of a team delivering high-quality telephone and email service to intermediaries, customers, and other relevant third parties.
  • Efficiently process your daily workload in line with targets and set authority limits.
  • Work to operational deadlines.
  • Handle any policy queries or concerns from other departments of the company.
  • Provide customer service through telephone, email, and live chat.

Requirements:

  • Good level of education.
  • Some work experience preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and use established systems - good PC skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately record information.
