Heavy Mobile Equipment Mechanic Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Heavy Mobile Equipment Mechanic at RAF Lakenheath, UK. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy mobile equipment and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining and repairing heavy mobile equipment and vehicles, including forklifts, trucks, buses, and ambulances.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing complex mechanical issues with heavy mobile equipment.
  • Conducting safety inspections and documenting any hazards or defects.

You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is in good working order and meets safety standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in heavy mobile equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
