About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team at Church Stretton Country House. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare guest rooms and public areas to a high standard, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and service of meals, including Afternoon Tea, and ensure that all food and beverage standards are met.
  • Participate in the preparation of picnic lunches for our guests, ensuring that all food and equipment are prepared and presented to a high standard.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team, working collaboratively to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
  • Experience in hospitality or a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our guests.
