Job Summary:

Our client, Pearson Whiffin - Transport, Logistics & Distribution, is seeking a reliable and skilled Class 1 driver to join their team. As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across England and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a Class 1 Wagon and Drag unit safely and efficiently
  • Meet delivery deadlines and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Class 1 license with previous European driving experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £17-£20
