Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, scheduling metering appointments and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date systems and databases, providing valuable insights to stakeholders for performance management reviews.

Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with proficiency in IT and experience with SAP and Genesys.
