Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist Intern to join our team at Bosch Group. As an IT Support Specialist Intern, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, evaluating support requests and tickets, and ensuring peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate support requests and tickets using standard incident management tools and processes
- Solve requests and ensure peak performance
- Deliver various services without the support of work instructions
- Support IT Fleet Management processes, including installation, deployment, repair, replacement, and return of company PCs and laptops
- Provision and decommission mobile phones to end-users
- Enable and consult end-users on IT products and services
- Perform user management tasks using internal tools
- Support IT product and service pilots and rollouts
- Contribute to projects, such as mergers and integrations, location/office moves
- Adhere to relevant guidelines and processes
- Contribute to team and organization objectives
- Provide infrastructure hands-on support, where necessary
- Provision of Local IT Services to the business
- Build trustful partnerships with customers, peers, and management
- Create solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools
Requirements:
- Experience with M365 products, MS Teams, MS Windows beneficial
- Open Source Desktop experience, i.e., Linux (nice to have)
- Apple iOS, Macbooks experience (nice to have)
- Technologically savvy; understand and utilize technology to improve work processes
Additional Information:
This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2025. This position is open to undergraduates or Masters students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.

Location: You will be based at the Denham office
Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
Eligibility:
You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
