About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing day-to-day activities of licensed mechanical and avionics inspectors and fitters, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality results.
  • Developing and implementing effective quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
