We are seeking an experienced senior manager to join our team as Director of Gynaecology Emergency Services. About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small but busy department, overseeing daily operations, and implementing improvements to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of experienced nurses and healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize departmental performance
Person Specification

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in nursing or a related field
  • Registration with the NMC as a Registered General Nurse
  • Proven experience in emergency services and management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make effective decisions
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and access to excellent training and support.
